Detroit, 1970s. An auto plant worker, John Miller, falls in love with Sophia, the girlfriend of the local crime boss Reynolds, and she reciprocates his feelings. They start a relationship, things are heading towards a wedding, but the gangster decides to get rid of the extra link. On his orders, corrupt police officers frame John, and the young man gets 25 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. A couple of years later, Miller, with the help of his fellow soldiers, manages to escape. Now he had only one goal left — to take revenge on the one who had taken away his love, freedom, and his former life.
