An illegal immigrant from Mexico named Ambar rents a room in a dilapidated house where, according to the owner, there’s no one living there except him and another tenant. The girl is trying to buy the documents needed to get a good job, so she’s saving every cent. But in addition to these problems, Ambar starts to feel uneasy about another issue — it seems the house is haunted, and the owner is clearly hiding something.
