The unsociable Mr. Fish is most often in a bad mood, which is why he’s been nicknamed “Fishy-Whiny.” When his house, having fallen apart, crashes onto the house of the seahorse Pip, she convinces him to go in search of Twinkle — a mythical fish that grants wishes. Along the way, it turns out that other sea creatures also want to find the miracle fish and make their dreams come true. But Twinkle can grant only one wish every many years.
