France, 1122. Count Godefroy de Montmirai, having become a victim of the curse of an evil witch, kills the father of his bride. Godefroy seeks help from the great wizard Eusebius, who suggests that the count travel through the corridors of time to the past and correct his mistake. De Montmirail agrees to this proposal, but because of the magician's mistake, he and his servant end up in the 1990s.
